My name is Julia Maria and I believe in the power of handmade work. Here, at Ateliê Urucum, I am committed to creating a variety notebooks made with great care. I am attentive to each step of bookmaking:  the selection of materials, sewing techniques and finishing touches. Throughout the years I acquired many skills from the making process and learned to embrace the uniqueness of each project. 

 

Ateliê Urucum currently makes five types of notebooks: Horizonte, Solar, Terra, Brisa and Fenix. Some of these notebooks are produced in limited editions.
